Andre Whaley, Business Development and Partnership Coordinator

Andre focuses on nurturing key relationships with referral sources - especially area health systems - that connect clients to our services. He works to educate our partners about the high quality health services we provide at Jamestowne, Berkeley Square, and Westover. Prior to joining the Jamestowne team, Andre served as our Connections Coordinator for Community Behavioral Health where he grew the transitional medication support program by developing healthcare relationships. 

Tasha Wilson, Director of Nursing

Tasha has built her career as a devoted employee, dedicated to the Community-First mission. She began her career at Westover in 2004 as an STNA. Throughout her journey at CFS, she has worked as unit clerk, LPN staff nurse, RN nurse manager, MDS Coordinator, and is now serving as the Director of Nursing at Jamestowne. Tasha’s passion is to support the nursing team while advocating for the clients served at Jamestowne to foster a successful transition back to their homes.

Wendy Brown, AVP of Nursing Quality and Regulatory Compliance Officer

With over 26 years of nursing experience, Wendy is committed to providing the highest quality of care in the skilled nursing facility environment.  She is passionate about upholding the integrity of the nursing profession and serving others with compassion and love. Wendy has worked with Community First Solutions for over 11 years, where she previously served as Director of Nursing at Westover.

Miranda Sitchanoff, Assistant Vice President of Health Services

Miranda has worked in the long term care industry since 2002. In her role, Miranda serves as the administrator at Berkeley Square, and also oversees and assists in day-to-day operations at Jamestowne and Westover. As an administrator, Miranda is passionate about overcoming challenges and working to help staff members succeed. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

Kelley Lawrence, Vice President of Health Services

Kelley is responsible for overseeing the operations of Berkeley Square, Westover and Jamestowne, including all health services, hospitality and sales. Kelley began her career as a rehabilitation social worker and was inspired to obtain her administrator’s license. Kelley has been an administrator for 15 years. She loves working with the geriatric population, and enjoys interacting with clients. Kelley is married with three children and two step children, and they enjoy spending time outdoors.

Amy Wylie, Assistant Vice President of Health Services


Since joining Community First as the Director of Colonial at Home in 2015, Amy has held a variety of leadership roles in diverse service lines.  In her role as Assistant Vice President of Health Services, Amy brings additional on-site administrative leadership to support our Westover campus but also provides the entire Health Services leadership team support to focus on quality and resident satisfaction across campuses.
